Senior Php Developer

We are looking for an exceptionally intelligent, talented and enthusiastic Senior Web Developer to drive development of the suite of content-rich online properties. This position will work closely with the Web Producers and Technical Managers to innovate and create Web applications and widgets.

Job-Specific Requirements:
*Expertise in working with PHP and MySQL
*Proficiency with front-end scripting including: HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
*Hands-on experience with web application architecture and relational database design
*Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (SEM)
Exposure to other server-side scripting languages such as JSP, ASP, CFM
*Exposure to object-oriented language, such as Java, Microsoft .NET
*Familiarity with the LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Understanding and demonstrated adaptation of cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility concerns
Professional Web application development experience in building database driven applications and Web sites

Education:
BA/BS in CS, EE, or equivalent education experience

Work Experience:
3+ years professional Web development experience

*Strong communication, and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction and knowledge transfer to teammates and other departments within the company

*Develop, and debug Web applications
*Using creativity to innovate new products (widgets, wizards, tools, controls) to enhance Web user experience
*Keeping up with new Internet standards and Web technologies (Web 2.0, AJAX, Ruby on Rails, etc.)

Internet Marketing Assistant

You would need to have some knowledge of internet marketing with such skills as search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, pay per click, email marketing, and web analytics.

We are looking for someone to take a role in:

- Recruiting and managing affiliates (both online and offline)
- Online traffic generation
- Search engine optimization
- Pay per click campaigns
- Ad creations (text and banner)
- Content gathering and creation
- Keyword research
- Split testing ads
- Article and video distribution
- Product and site stat tracking
- Analyzing ROI data to find trends
- Assist with online promotions

In the ideal candidate we are looking for:
